Lovely spot with a few disappointments. Stunning location in a lovely quiet part of the lake. Easy to drive over the border to Lugano or Lake Como. The apartments are well-sized for a family of four, with a lovely outlook over the lake.
Everything was extra, and the cost quickly added up. Paying 50 euros to access the pools on specific days felt like a rip-off.

The location is in a beautiful spot. Room met my needs. Grotte di Rescia was 1 mile away, perfectly reachable...

A peaceful location with beautiful views over Lake Lugano. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A good choice of restaurants, serving excellent food. Plenty of options for activities around the resort. Although the resort itself is set back from the lake, there is a lakeside leisure area which is easily reached by an under road tunnel. Safe and secure garage parking.
As the accommodation was a suite, it would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities and perhaps a small fridge. For some reason there were pots and pans in the cupboards but no cooking facilities! The resort is spread out and there are several sets of steps, which we expected, but some were not too well lit at night.

The location of the hotel is great, with larger supermarkets nearby for convenience. the rooms are spacious and modern, with large balconies and beautiful views over the lake. the facilities such as the pools and beach are well-maintained and not overcrowded. the staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. the hotel grounds are expansive and well-landscaped, making it a pleasant place to walk around.
Some aspects of the hotel can be disappointing. the prices for extras can quickly add up, and access to certain facilities may require additional fees.

When we booked this hotel just to spent one night on our way back home from Italy, we didn't realize that in fact it's not actually a hotel, but a huge residence complex. Very nice environment, perfect to spend a week or two with family and friends (might seem pricey for some families).
Scorpios also live there (they are not poisonous though).

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The location was superb, with stunning views of the lake. The apartments were spacious and spotlessly clean. I was impressed by the range of facilities available, including the large pools and private beach which were never overcrowded. Additionally, the parking facilities were excellent, making it convenient for me to travel around this city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Location on the lake; large main room; reasonable breakfast
Very noisy from main road below; no airconditioning so not nice in hot weather with noise; room decor has no charm at all; small bedroom; Breaksfast expensive extra at €19 each (unusual in Italy but clear in booking) ; large site with a lot of stairs (no lifts) which is a problem with suitcases even for younger people; not for older ones. And you would get very wet in the rain.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Lake Lugano. The hotel's location was perfect - it was just a short drive away from Como and all the tourist attractions, but still secluded enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The private beach was a standout feature, with ample sunbeds and crystal clear waters. The three restaurants, one of which is featured in the Michelin guide, provided a great dining experience with delicious food. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the hotel provided fans in the rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities such as parking and a kid's area, although my older children preferred spending time in the lake area. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and there were several aspects that really stood out to me. the attention to detail in the rooms was remarkable. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently situated near the city, with just a short distance to get there. Moreover, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were exceptional.

Great views and clean facilities are the best aspects of this hotel. the nearby town offers a good range of activities to do during your stay. Enjoyed the fireworks on New Year's Eve from our balcony overlooking the lake and the complimentary champagne provided in the room was a nice touch.
The hotel staff could have been more responsive to our requests. There was a delay in receiving our room key upon arrival and our room service orders were frequently incorrect.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices for extras such as parking and kitchen usage. The attention to detail in the modern and handsome rooms, with large balconies and nice views over the lake, was impressive. The hotel's location near larger supermarkets and the beautiful high path west to the next village was convenient for guests.
No issues to mention, everything was satisfactory.
